S.A.S., established in October 2014, offers over 13 years experience working in height and safety management in South East Queensland’s Industrial Abseiling and Construction Industry. We have proudly been a part of a large portion of major construction projects within South East Queensland, from Brisbane CBD buildings to stadiums and hospitals, specialising in Rope Access Abseiling Trades, Working Safe at Heights and Licenced Anchor Installations.
Painting:
S.A.S. is experienced in commercial building painting projects working at heights of 5 stories to 50 stories. We can prep, repair and paint inaccessible building facades (external walls/faces of a building) or carry out smaller maintenance work and repairs. Our team works together with expert painting contractors to provide the highest level of service and have worked on brand new building projects to heritage building restorations.
Signage/Electrical Installation:
S.A.S. work with, IRATA certified, master electrician Scott Coleman – www.scottcolemanelectrician.com.au S.A.S is experienced in Neon, LED, Light Box, Sail Track and Banner Installations. We can carry out signage repair, cleaning, maintenance and new installations. S.A.S can provide solutions for installing heavy prefabricated sections of signage, layout of detailed lettering, installation of façade feature lighting, Sail track banners and power up of electrical signage.
Glazing and Aluminium Installation:
S.A.S. have worked with all major glass installers and suppliers, and are trained in the installation and custom work of glass and aluminium fixtures. This includes working on major curtain wall systems (building exteriors) to replace pre-existing, damaged glass. Installation and repair to aluminium louvres, and architectural fixtures.
Design, Installation and Certification of Building Anchor Systems:
S.A.S. hold all necessary licencing, QBCC Licence and IRATA Level 3, to develop an anchor system for safe work at heights. Our team has extensive training and adhere to the Australian Standards to comply with legislative guidelines and meet “Work Safe At Heights” requirements on every project. Be it Fall Arrest, Fall Restraint or Work Positioning, S.A.S. can design, inspect and certify all building anchor systems. S.A.S. work with proprietary systems for permanent ladder access, roof access and abseiling access.
Waterproof:
S.A.S. can inspect and waterproof the external façade of buildings and provide reports or waterproofing solutions to inaccessible areas. Our team is experienced in the inspecting and sealing of concrete, glass and external facades.
Pressure Cleaning and Window Cleaning:
S.A.S. are experienced in high-pressure wash downs and external window cleaning from initial builder’s clean to maintenance cleans.
Building Inspections:
S.A.S. can perform a detailed external façade report for ongoing maintenance records.
